Q. What’s the difference between paired and connected?
A. Pairing is a process where devices share their settings ready to connect with each other. Connected means the device is streaming audio via the bluetooth connection, so you can be ‘paired’, but not ‘connected’, but you couldn’t be connected without being paired.
Q. Can I connect to more than one speaker at the same time?
A. No…you can only connect to one paired product at a time, some devices will let you ‘pair’ with multiple devices but you can only ‘connect’ to one at a time.
Q. My devices says it connected but there no music playing?
A. Try going into your bluetooth settings and ‘forgetting’ the device from the list of bluetooth devices and then pair again….this often helps fix the issue.
Q. I want to connect my speaker to my PC or Mac, where can I get the drivers?
A. The Bluetooth module in your NudeAudio speaker adheres to the Bluetooth SIG protocols, and therefore should be just plug and play. If it does, not you should approach your laptop or computer manufacturer for information on appropriate drivers.
